Accurate and detailed preparation is of the utmost importance
to Wade & Associates as bills are lodged as court documents.
We detail the clients case and claim in an informative and precise
manner while adhering to the format set out under the rules of the
superior courts.

Once the bill of costs has been prepared or received, meaningful
settlement negotiations are entered into with the other side pursuant
to the clients instructions.

Liaising / negotiating with solicitors or their nominated costs
accountants and in some circumstances lay litigants in order to effect
the quick, efficient conclusion of business and to avoid the imposition
of a potentially penal court duty.

Essential to ensure that a client's case and possible taxation is not
compromised by these negotiations and to be mindful of protecting the
client's interests at all times.

Attending both the High Court and various Circuit Courts where oral
submissions are made supporting and expanding upon a bill of costs.

Preparation of written submissions / objections as per the rules of the
superior courts, Taxing Master's directions or a client's instructions.
