Lynsey is our leading legal costs accountant having been involved in legal costs for over 20 years. She spent over seven years working with one of Irelands leading legal costs accounting firms, gaining significant exposure to all areas of legal costs, before setting up her own business.

Lynsey has experience at providing advises, drafting bills of costs, engaging in settlement negotiations, opposing bills of costs and also Taxing bills of costs before the Taxing Masters of the High Court and County Registrars throughout the country.

She has represented the state, numerous insurance companies, NAMA, AIB, county councils, the National Roads Authority and has also acted on behalf some of Irelands largest law firms.

In 2012 Lynsey became treasurer of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants and is also a council member. Lynsey holds the position of Associate within the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants.
